Confirmation 

I’ve got you covered with an SMS reminder service sent 48 hours before your appointment. If we don’t hear from you, your appointment is considered confirmed and a cancellation fee will apply if you do not show to appointment. Please remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Cancellations

Late Policy

Need to cancel? No problem, but please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you don’t show up, you’ll be charged the full price of the service.

We understand that life happens! If you’re running late, I’ll do our best to accommodate you. I offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Hair Extensions Bookings

A deposit secures your booking for Hair Extensions, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, deposits can be credited and used to reschedule another appointment if needed (this can only be done once and needs to be done 48 hours before the existing appointment time). The deposit price will be deducted from the final price of your service. By paying your deposit, you have read and agreed to this policy.

I am committed to a respectful and inclusive environment. Any non-inclusive behaviour, rudeness, or inappropriate conduct towards me or anyone in my space will not be tolerated. If such behaviour is observed, I will ask you to leave immediately.

Right to refuse services

To maintain a relaxing environment, only clients with appointments are allowed inside the salon. Please do not bring additional guests without asking me first in unique circumstances.
